Acknowledgment and Agreement Required Prior to Booking

Thank you for choosing Angela Jae Artistry. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and maintain the integrity of our schedule, please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions. By booking an appointment, completing a consultation, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined below.

Booking & Payment

Please ensure you are selecting the correct service and paying the appropriate amount at the time of booking. If a refund is issued for any reason, applicable third-party payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be transferred one (1) time to a new appointment date with at least seventy-two (72) hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Cancellations

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged the full service amount. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for deposit transfers or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice will result in a charge of fifty percent (50%) of the remaining service balance.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (No-Call/No-Show) will result in a charge of the full service amount, immediate forfeiture of any deposit paid, and potential revocation of future booking privileges.

Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least seventy-two (72) hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests must be submitted by email to angelajaeartistry@gmail.com or by phone/text to (347) 827-0791.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are granted a ten (10) minute grace period. Arrivals exceeding ten (10) minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and assessment of a late cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the remaining service balance.

No Children or Pets

For safety, sanitation, and to ensure an uninterrupted experience, children and pets are not permitted during appointments unless otherwise required by law.

Client Responsibilities

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood all FAQs, pre-care instructions, aftercare instructions, and policy terms. You understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in additional charges, forfeiture of deposits, cancellation of appointments, or refusal of future services. You also authorize Angela Jae Artistry to charge the payment method on file for applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, or policy violation charges.

Cosmetic Tattoo Disclaimer

Permanent makeup and cosmetic tattoo procedures are considered semi-permanent services. Although Angela Jae Artistry strives to achieve optimal results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors including, but not limited to, skin type, skin condition, immune response, lifestyle factors, medical conditions, medication usage, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Pigment retention and healed results vary by individual.

Angela Jae Artistry reserves the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment or if policies and procedures are not followed.
