Thank you for choosing Angela Jae Artistry. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and maintain the integrity of our schedule, please carefully review and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.
Booking & Payment
Please ensure you are booking the correct appointment type and paying the appropriate amount for your selected service. Once payment has been processed, any refund issued will have third-party processing fees deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are transferable once to a new date or time with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.
If rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations
Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged the full service price. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or transfers.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining balance for the service.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (No-Call/No-Show), you will be charged the full service price, and future booking privileges will be revoked.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Reschedule requests must be sent via email at [email protected] or by texting/calling 347-827-0791.
Late Policy
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and the late cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply.
No Children or Pets
To ensure safety and focus, no children or pets are allowed during appointments

Although we stand by the quality of our work, you should note that due to its semi-permanent nature, cosmetic tattoo procedure results cannot be guaranteed. Retention of the pigment and overall outcome depends solely on the client’s skin type, immunity, and how diligently they follow the aftercare instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse service in the event that client is deemed not suitable for the procedure, or if policy terms and conditions are not adhered to.
